Leisnoi shareholders who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders are eligible to register for MyLeisnoi. Please note: If a Leisnoi shareholder serves as the legal fiduciary for one or more other Leisnoi shareholders, as designated in Leisnoi’s stock records, information relative to the ward(s) is accessible from the fiduciary shareholder's MyLeisnoi account.

You need to know your:

Shareholder Identification (ID) number -OR- Social Security Number.
And date of birth
